Starting September 13th, 2010 if you or your customer is purchasing a new Milling Machine at or on a IMTS special we will provide a Free Value Pack Standard for the first 25 machines registered with us.
Cat40, Cat50, BT30 and BT40 milling machines qualify. Proof of machine purchase is required, the Value Pack will be delivered by a HPI - PIONEER representative after the machine is delivered.

Introducing the New VX Holding System
Based on the popular MX collet system VX is a front locking coolant thru ultra-high performance holder generating 9X the holding power of competitive models when using the VX holder and VX collet.
Radial slip torque testing using micro-grain carbide end mill blanks shows VX increasing holding power 30% over current MX holders using MX collets. With the VX collet and its improved slotting design we increased holding power 400% @ 100 ft/lbs!
Guaranteed TIR of 3 Microns (0.00012”) the test holders actual was 2.0-2.5 Microns (0.00008” / 0.000098”) with both MX and VX collets.
Inventory will be available starting February 2011!
